If you know someone struggling to find financial assistance because of COVID-19, emergency aid is available, including rent/mortgage assistance and in special cases, utility assistance. This aid is made possible through a program administered by Community Resources and Consumer Credit Counseling Services of the Mid-Ohio Valley and funded by the United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley, the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation, and the Sisters Health Foundation.

Individuals do not need to have eviction or utility shut off notices to receive support through this program.
