Marian brings more than 30 years of experience working with nonprofits and foundations to the Sisters Health Foundation. Prior to joining the Sisters Health Foundation in 2023, Marian served as Associate Director for Community Leadership at the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF), where she led the foundation’s grantmaking programs and engaged in collaborative work to address community needs. Marian formerly served as PACF’s first Executive Director.
Early in her career, Marian worked in development for Penn State University and in foundation relations and grantseeking for Winterthur Museum and Gardens in Wilmington, DE. Marian earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Learning from Marietta College.
Marian currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for Nonprofits LEAD and as a board member for both Philanthropy West Virginia and the West Virginia Nonprofit Association. In her free time, Marian enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and traveling to visit family and friends.
